As a stylist-owned and operated salon,

Willow is being built from firsthand experience. After working in nearly every type of salon environment, 

I wanted to create the salon I always wished existed.

One without micromanagement, cramped stations, extreme overhead, or outdated work practices.

 

A place where creativity is encouraged, business decisions remain in your hands, and your success is celebrated as your own.

 

My role isn't to build my name on the backs of talented stylists, it's to provide the space, support, and resources for you to build yours.
